Democracy gives us the power as human beings to vie for any post whether we are capable or not, it is our right but the kingmakers who are the majority of the people of Nigeria would always decide who takes up the mantle of leadership in the country (Nigeria). Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state is one man who is nursing the ambition of becoming the president of Nigeria which is nice but this same governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state who can not manage Imo state to greatness is thinking of leading a great country like Nigeria. We ask, how possible can that be? Charity they say begins at home, if governor Rochas Okorocha in all honesty is managing Imo state the way it should be, then Nigerians would listen to him when the time comes for him to run for a bigger job as he has said but our findings revealed that his activities in Imo state is nothing so good to be happy about. No infrastructures, salaries of workers are not paid regularly, Imo state Seniors (Pensioners) are not being paid their allowances despite all the federal allocations which Imo state government receives monthly including the internally generated revenue from the state which you (governor Rochas Okocha) are unable to use properly. Sometime ago governor Rochas Okorocha approved 650 million Naira to celebrate Christmas alone while workers and pensioners in Imo state have not been paid. Again allegations of corruption have also been tied round your neck therefore few of these points may be an obstacle if when you come out to vie for the highest post in the country (Nigeria) which is the office of the president of Nigeria. Sincerely for you to win the vote of majority of Nigerians, you should start now by doing what is right for the people of Imo state because Nigerians are watching and your activities in Imo state either positive or negative would take you to the next level. Please think about it Mr Rochas Okorocha.
