Mrs Aisha Buhari who is the first lady of Nigeria is a great woman anytime any day and has stood firmly for what she believes in which is great. She also performed a great role by supporting President Buhari in her own best way to make sure that All Progressives Congress (APC) achieve victory in the just concluded presidential election, but she missed the point when she said that only All Progressives Congress (APC) card carrying members should be considered for appointments. According to our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent in Abuja (Nigeria) who informed us, the statement was made recently by Mrs Aisha Buhari in Daura during APC victory party which was held by some group of party loyalists. We (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to President Buhari not to consider such statement because there are lots of people across Nigeria who are not APC card carrying members but voted for APC/President Buhari in the just concluded Presidential election which gave President Buhari victory. The point we (Viewers Corner News team) are trying to establish here is that President Buhari should start now by looking very closely across Nigeria and beyond for appointments. Please let political party affiliation not be a condition for giving appointments, such system if implemented may not help in nation’s building. Give appointments to those who are capable and have the will to move Nigeria to the next level. It is all about the welfare of all Nigerians and the country (Nigeria), hence we (Viewers Corner News team) are pleading for the best to be appointed to various offices no matter the political party the individual is representing as long as the job is going to be done nicely for the betterment of the country (Nigeria) which should be President Buhari’s priority.
