We have seen how some countries of the world have been inviting African countries to come to their various countries, so that they can discuss Africa’s prosperity as they call it, and without hesitation, leaders of Africa will jump into the plane with their entourage and go to attend such irrelevant summits.
Now, African leaders, hear our point on this issue: why would it always be Africa?
Even smaller countries of the world, which African countries are greater than in every aspect, would invite leaders of Africa to come to their various countries, and leaders of Africa would go immediately without asking themselves, what are they really going there to discuss or do that cannot be handled by leaders of Africa on the continent?
At this point, we are calling on leaders of Africa to stop attending such irrelevant summits. Any country that wants to discuss anything concerning Africa’s prosperity should visit the continent, perhaps choose a particular country to have such a discussion with, instead of calling all leaders of Africa to a summit that is not necessary.
Again, Africa’s prosperity should be discussed in Africa and not outside Africa.
Somehow, countries can work together to share a common goal, but when it comes to Africa, everyone wants to discuss Africa’s prosperity because they feel that Africa is lacking behind, which is not true.
So, leaders of Africa, be guided and stop bringing disgrace to the continent by attending such irrelevant summits abroad.
