Brett Guerin, the assistant Police Commissioner in Melbourne (Australia) has quit his job after posting racist and obscene comments online under a fake name. According to the information Viewers Corner News received, Brett Guerin created a Facebook profile under a fake name (Vernon Demerest) which he used to post racist rants against Indians, Pakistanis, Somalis and Argentinians. He also attacked former senior police in obscene posts and argued that women should not be allowed to sing Australia’s national anthem. He is being investigated by the Independent Broad-based Anti-Corruption Commission (a state watchdog for official misconduct).
