We (Viewers Corner News team) are calling on President Buhari to fulfil the promise he made to the people of Nigeria which is looking into the sixteen billion dollars allegedly spent to give Nigeria electricity by ex-president Olusegun Obasanjo’s government, up till now, the issue of power supply is still a huge problem in the country (Nigeria). Such huge scam can not be overlooked or forgotten, Nigerians both home and abroad need answers to this issue. If such huge amount of money (sixteen billion dollars) was invested into the economy of Nigeria as at when it was taken, by now things would be different in the country (Nigeria). It was also revealed that ex-president Goodluck Jonathan said that he does not have any bank account abroad, we (Viewers Corner News team) would also use this opportunity to call on President Buhari to properly investigate ex-president Goodluck Jonathan’s claim because his government in the past almost ruined Nigeria. Even if he does not have any bank account abroad like he claimed, his wife Mrs Patience Jonathan (Mama Peace) with lots of corruption issues which she can not properly defend how she made her billions of money should also be investigated. Although, Mrs Patience Jonathan was never elected to any political office but when the husband (ex-president Goodluck Jonathan) was in office, she commanded more powers than those elected to various positions to run the affairs of the country (Nigeria), hence she should be investigated in her capacity as the ex-first lady of Nigeria. Let truth be told always which is one of the ways Nigeria as a country can move to the next level, no sentiment.
