THREE SYRIANS HAVE BEEN CONVICTED BY A COURT IN BAVARIA (GERMANY) FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING.

Viewers Corner News correspondent learned that three Syrians who used to smuggle people from Turkey to Europe have been convicted on Friday, August 11, 2017 by a German court. According to the information, these men came to Germany from Syria as refugees and the boat which they used to smuggle people to Europe capsized off the Greek island of Lesbos in September 2015 killing 13 people. The court sentenced the main suspect (27-year-old) to four years in prison, the second person (24-year-old) who drove the boat was handed two and half years jail term while the third person who managed the group’s money received two years suspended sentence (probation).
