The Viewers Corner News correspondent in Abuja revealed that the World Bank has lent huge sums of money to the government of Nigeria. The Nigerian government asked for a loan from China, which they rejected. All these loans are not needed for now because President Buhari’s government is on its way out; therefore, any loan taken now will not be properly used to implement any project. Again, these loans given to the government of Nigeria are bringing problems to the country because the conditions are not favourable. Meaning that a huge percentage of Nigeria’s income earnings are used to service these loans, thereby making it impossible for the country to grow its economy. Based on this, the Viewers Corner News team is appealing to the World Bank to stop lending money to the government of Nigeria, whose tenure in office is about to end. The present leadership of Nigeria is so corrupt that any money given to them should be regarded as a waste. The APC/President Buhrari’s government has mismanaged the economy of Nigeria, which is so bad.
