Bukola Saraki, the Senate president of Nigeria is facing a 16 count charge on false assets declaration which he pleaded not guilty to all counts. This is an interesting case and everyone both in Nigeria and abroad is watching and waiting to see how this case would end. This is a high profile case involving the senate president of Nigeria, would the judgement be delivered in an honest manner or would it be thrown out like other court did in his previous cases? Anyhow it goes, everyone is watching because most big names in the country (Nigeria) believe that they can manipulate the system and go free but in law, it should not be that way. Somehow most documents so far has shown that Bukola Saraki may have manipulated the system though not proven yet, but that decision rest with the code of conduct tribunal. Let justice be done.
