Our (Viewers Corner News) correspondent who was on the ground recently to witness the huge turnout of the people of Ebonyi state (Nigeria) in the state capital (Abakaliki) told us that the rally was a success. The great people of Ebonyi state organized a rally in support of president Buhari’s second term in office. They promised to give their votes to him come 2019 because he is a great leader who has the interest of the less privilege people of the country (Nigeria) at heart which is very good. The organizers of the rally and others also showed support for the needy by visiting and donating some food items to the less privilege people in Abakaliki, the state capital of Ebonyi state (Nigeria). Based on the outcome and how huge the rally was, it is very clear at this point to note that the people of Ebonyi state have realized who their true leader is and the best political party (APC) to throw their support for which is beautiful. Again, it is time to inform governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state that the clock is ticking and the time to usher in a progressive (APC) government to clean up Ebonyi state has come, it is just a matter of time. Governor David Umahi should start getting ready to handover the state house to the progressives (APC) because the people of Ebonyi state have suffered enough hardship in the hands of governor David Umahi through his terrible system of leadership. Joblessness is huge in the state (Ebonyi state, Nigeria) as a result of lack of direction. Salaries of workers are not paid in full, Pensioners’ gratuities and allowances are not paid despite the monthly federal allocation governor David Umahi receives including the internal generated revenue, the bailout funds and all the loans he has collected so far to improve the state which he has personally mismanaged and now he wants to seek re-election for a second term in office. Sincerely no reasonable voter anywhere in the world would accept such a leader like governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state (Nigeria) to continue in office when most basic needs of the people he (governor David Umahi) is leading are not met. However we (Viewers Corner News team) would use this opportunity to plead with those few supporters of governor David Umahi to support the progressives (APC) to move Ebonyi state forward because a support for APC come 2019 governorship election is a support for development and progress for the people of the state. Governor David Umahi of Ebonyi state and his political party (Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria) have nothing to offer the people of Ebonyi state and Nigeria in general. Therefore, we (Viewers Corner News team) are appealing to all the people of Ebonyi state to vote the progressives (APC) to power come 2019 and be happy and free of intimidation by governor David Umahi and his government.
