As governor of a state in Nigeria, the first thing on your agenda should be to protect the lives and properties of the people of your state. But the way it is now, governor El-Rufai of Kaduna state in Nigeria has failed to protect the lives of the people of his state, especially the people of Southern Kaduna, who are mostly Christians. Terrorists and bandits have made the lives of the people of Southern Kaduna a living hell. Every time, killings of human beings are carried out in that part of the Kaduna state. As the governor of Kaduna state, Governor El-Rufai is supposed to protect the lives of those innocent people in southern Kaduna but he has not been able to do that. Not too long ago, Governor El-Rufai of Kaduna state accompanied Alhaji Bola Tinubu, the presidential candidate of All Progressives Congress to Chatham House in the United Kingdom. Governor El-Rufai was called upon to speak on the issue of security, perhaps they believe that he can handle such an area nicely and may also be appointed to head the security division of Nigeria if his principal becomes the president of Nigeria in 2023. But in his state, human beings are killed almost daily without him knowing what to do to end such carnage. This is how the All Progressives Congress would want to lead Nigeria if they win the 2023 presidential election. They will appoint incompetent people to head various positions in the economy of Nigeria, which Nigerians will not allow happening. Again, with what is happening in Nigeria at the moment, it is a clear indication that the All Progressives Congress can not be allowed to direct the affairs of Nigeria in 2023. They have failed in all aspects of leadership. The people of Nigeria have rejected them. A government that can not protect the lives and properties of its citizens has no business being in control of the country. So in 2023 most definitely, the All Progressives Congress shall not be elected to run the affairs of Nigeria.
