Viewers Corner News gathered that Arcan Cetin, a 20 year-old man who allegedly shot five people dead inside Washington mall has been captured by the police. Arcan Cetin was arrested on Saturday night near his residence in Oak Harbor (Washington) after search teams were deployed in a 24-hour manhunt and he has been charged with five counts of first degree murder. Cetin who emigrated from Turkey and a legal permanent resident of the United States was accused of shooting dead four women and one man with a long hunting rifle at Macy’s store inside the Cascade Mall in Burlington. The shooting was caught on the mall’s security cameras according to report. Police are still conducting investigations to determine the motive of his action.
