President Bola Tinubu did not come into office because he wanted to make Nigeria better, nor has he shown the capacity needed to lift the country to a greater height. Many believe he only wanted the title of “President” added to his profile, nothing more. That is the simple truth, whether people accept it or not.
As the Commander-in-Chief, President Bola Tinubu has the constitutional power to confront and end the insecurity destroying Nigeria. Yet he has refused to make it a priority. Under his administration, dozens of schoolchildren have been kidnapped, and up till today, the APC government has not taken meaningful action or even shown sincere concern to rescue those innocent children.
It is the same Bola Tinubu who once attacked and criticized former President Goodluck Jonathan for not doing enough to fight insecurity, at a time when the problem was not even half as terrible as what Nigerians are facing today under the APC government. The hypocrisy is glaring.
Re-electing APC or President Bola Tinubu in 2027 would only worsen Nigeria’s condition. The current government has already proven that it has absolutely nothing to offer the citizens. Therefore, Nigerians should not return the APC or President Bola Tinubu to power in 2027.
