But our (Viewers Corner News team) concern here is about the Nigerian voters who have refused to read the hand writings on the wall by being carried away with peanuts they receive from these politicians during elections and vote the wrong choice. We (Viewers Corner News team) have written articles concerning this topic in the past and we are doing so again, we are appealing to the Nigerian voters to visit Viewers Corner News website for more updates concerning the activities of some Nigerian politicians because they are using the softness of the Nigerian voters to enrich themselves by manipulating them to always dance to their tunes and after four years, they would come back again to ask for your votes without giving account of how they spend your money. The truth is that four years in power as a politician may not be enough to do all the jobs which politicians are elected to do but within this period of four years, reasonable progress should have been made if only those in power are sincere and willing to work for the betterment of the country (Nigeria). Again before you vote for any candidate, ask yourself these questions assuming the said candidate is seeking re-election to office. What were his achievements in his or her first tenure that would earn him or her my vote for the second term? How did he spend the monthly federal allocations given to his state? How has he or her used the funds generated within the state to better our lives? How are his or her tax policies affecting the people of the state? We (Viewers Corner News team) just mentioned few of these points for now and if you are convinced that the said candidate has passed all or most of these questions, then is your decision to choose whether to vote for him or her. Please do not vote for anyone using sentiments or because the candidate gave you a cash gift at that particular period of the election. The person is indirectly buying you over for what he or she would gain personally immediately he is elected into office and once that is done, you may not see him again until another four years of seeking re-election. Please do not fall for their tricks this time around. Again Nigeria moving forward is not only the responsibility of the politicians, NO. It also has to do with the Nigerian voters, the choice of individuals you elect into various offices will play a huge role on how great the country (Nigeria) is going to be. So let us choose wisely. This again will bring us to this topic which we have treated in the past, Nigeria as a great country does not need restructuring, NO. What it lacks is leadership capabilities and for this purpose to be achieved properly, the Nigerian voters have to make it work by electing the right people into various offices to represent them but first ask yourselves the questions we put forward in this article before voting for your choice of candidate. If we get the head right, then every other division within the country (Nigeria) will surely be fine.
