The Iranian government led by President Hassan Rouhani has on Monday, 13 August 2018 unveiled next generation short range ballistic missile called Fateh Mobin missile. The government also vowed to boost the country’s missiles capabilities.
According to the report, the Fateh Mobin missile passed its test successfully and could strike targets on land and sea. Amir Hatami (Iran Defence Minister) stated that Iran will do everything to enhance its defense power.
In May 2018, President Donald Trump of United States pulled out of the 2015 nuclear deal Iran had with the world powers.
