It is always nice and proper to dream of becoming something we wish to become in life but before our dream comes true, we should also work very hard on our part to make those dreams become reality. Charity they say begins at home, if governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state who is unable to govern his state properly even salary of workers and pension allowances for Ekiti state Seniors up till now has not been paid as it should be, then what makes him think that at the federal level people would take him serious that he can deliver nicely if he eventually comes out to vie for the post of the president of Nigeria. First he has to start from his state and clean up the wounds he already inflicted on the people of Ekiti state. He also has lots of corruption issues tired round his neck which is yet to be settled. We are hoping that as soon as he steps down from power as the governor of Ekiti state, he should explain to Nigerians what went wrong because the former minister of state for defense (Mr. Musiliu Obanikoro) implicated him on corruption matters which is pending because immunity covers him as a governor for now. Nigeria and her citizens are advancing on daily basis to know that the corrupt activities of the past governments have been the major reason the country (Nigeria) is not moving forward and when your (Ayodele Fayose) name has already been linked to embezzlement of public fund, it would be difficult for you to achieve your dreams of becoming the president of Nigeria except if you are cleared of those allegations concerning corruption which is still hanging on your neck at the moment then you can start dreaming big. On the other hand nothing can be ruled out when it comes to politics in Nigeria, where the highest bidder may win the race. Again we have seen recently where convicted fraudsters are being celebrated. Who knows, Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state may be right on his revelation of becoming the president of Nigeria someday.
