Years back, some members of the All Progressives Congress allegedly submitted a petition to the United States of America because of the insecurity in Nigeria, which was not even half of what Nigerians are experiencing today. They did so just to get at ex-President Goodluck Jonathan and his government.
But today, worse atrocities are happening in Nigeria, and those same members of the ruling All Progressives Congress who wrote the petition have not spoken a word. In the northern part of Nigeria, Christians and others are being killed left and right, while the government of Nigeria has refused to stop such genocide, which is terrible.
Right now, the whole world is talking about it, meaning that such a horrible reputation will certainly deny the ruling All Progressives Congress the required votes needed to win the next presidential election come 2027.
The All Progressives Congress has already proven to all Nigerians, both at home and abroad, that they are unable to end insecurity in Nigeria or revive the already damaged economy of the country. These are facts Nigerians should keep in mind before casting their votes in 2027.
Again, if Nigeria as a country wants to be liberated, the truth must always be told.
