We (Viewers Corner News team) have written articles in the past concerning ex-vice president of Nigeria, Mr Atiku Abubakar and his views on the way forward for Nigeria. Somehow his ideas seem to be good but because of his past records and being that he was once the vice president of Nigeria who would have used his position then to do more for the youths of Nigeria but never did. Even though he was not the president of Nigeria as at that time, still he had powers in his own way which would have been used nicely to influence his boss (Dr. Obasanjo) who was the president of Nigeria then to implement his ideas which was not done. Again, during Mr Atiku Abubakar/ex-president Obasanjo’s administration, so many things went wrong which majority of Nigerians did not know about. However, all these are now history but the most terrible one which has put Mr Atiku Abubakar’s political carrier on the line for now based on our (Viewers Corner News team) findings was leaving APC to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria where he was before joining APC. When he sensed that getting a ticket to run for the presidency under the platform of APC may not be possible, he switched over to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria after saying so many terrible things against them in the past. Can such a man (Mr Atiku Abubakar) be trusted? On the other hand, there is nothing wrong moving from one political party to another but certainly not the way Mr Atiku Abubakar did. Sincerely, it would have been better to join another political party that is not popular and assist in building it rather than returning back to a political party (PDP) he was and said terrible things against which almost destroyed Nigeria. Anyone who is dancing such political music would have his or her credibility ruined, meaning that Mr Atiku Abubakar can not be trusted no matter how he tries to paint his ideas to look nice. Again, majority of Nigerians may not be comfortable with his leadership. Honestly no matter who may be contesting with president Buhari in 2019 general election, the truth still remain that president Buhari shall be re-elected to office because he has proven to Nigerians to be the very best among equals, believe it or not that is the truth and nothing but the truth. We (Viewers Corner News team) would also use this opportunity to advise Mr Atiku Abubakar to engage the services of professional advisers who would advise him on issues of party politics etc. Sincerely a bad person may turn out to be a good leader if he or she has truly repented but as it is now, anyone nursing the ambition of contesting for presidency shall never be a match to president Buhari because he is going to win the race come 2019 based on his beautiful track records which no one in Nigeria can ever challenge. President Buhari is a great leader and shall take the country (Nigeria) to a greater height.
