EX-NIGERIAN GOVERNORS WHO ARE NOW SENATORS HAVE REAL ISSUES WITH THE ECONOMIC AND FINANCIAL CRIMES COMMISSION (EFCC), HENCE THEY HAVE REFUSED TO CONFIRM IBRAHIM MAGU AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMISSION.

Some APC serving senators in the senate revealed that most ex-governors who are now senators are having real issues with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), most probably during their time as governors in their various states lots of embezzlement took place which Ibrahim Magu and his boys are working on and this has also made the confirmation of Ibrahim Magu as the Chairman of the commission impossible. Based on the law, the president of Nigeria does not need to send Ibrahim Magu’s name to the senate for confirmation, however the real issue here is that those ex-governors who are now senators have lots of skeletons in their cupboards which the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission have allegedly discovered. Prosecuting those ex-governors who are serving senators of the Federal Republic of Nigeria may be difficult based on our findings, we (Viewers Corner News) said so because the senate president (Bukola Senate) who has been facing trial at the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCD) for some years now is still deliberating on national issues and the case against him is going up and down without anyone knowing when it will end. Our assessment on this case involving the senate president Bukola Saraki is that the case may be there until president Buhari and his government leaves office which is bad. So much manipulations is going on within the system and that has to stop for the country (Nigeria) to move forward, even if Bukola Saraki or whoever is not sent to jail assuming but let the truth be told.
