Viewers Corner News correspondent learned that French judges have found the International Monetary Fund boss, Christine Lagarde guilty of negligence for failing to challenge a 400 million euro ($417 million) state arbitration payout to a business tycoon in 2008 when she was French minister of finance. On a decision to allow out of court arbitration payment, the judges did not hand any sentence on her case. Christine Lagarde who was appointed as the IMF boss in 2011 began her second five-year term at the I.M.F. in February 2016. She succeeded Dominique Strauss Khan who resigned in 2011 over a sex assault scandal.
