POPE FRANCIS APPEALED TO WORLD LEADERS DURING HIS VISIT TO JAPAN TO RENOUNCE NUCLEAR WEAPONS.
Pope Francis appealed to world leaders during his visit to Japan to renounce nuclear weapons. Pope made the appeal on Monday, 25 November 2019, a day after he visited Hiroshima and Nagasaki (the two cities hit by atomic bombs during the World War II).
