The alleged missing money worth over two hundred trillion naira from the account of NNPC has, till today, not been accounted for by the management of the corporation. It is alleged that the government of Nigeria is aware of it and has been covering up the illicit activity because it may be involved in the disappearance of the money.
One thing we know for sure is that, no matter how long it may take, Nigeria as a country shall be great again. We are saying this because the awareness already created has made Nigerians, both at home and abroad, continue asking serious questions about how Nigeria is being governed. Most Nigerians who stayed silent in the past are now coming forward to ask questions that demand answers.
We are also hoping and believing that a day will come in Nigeria when a leader with zero tolerance for corruption will be elected into office. When that happens, those who looted the treasury of Nigeria shall pay severely for doing so.
Just imagine what over two hundred trillion naira could have done if such a huge amount of money had been invested in Nigeria’s economy. Honestly, such a large sum could change the economy of Nigeria for good. But a few individuals who believed they were untouchable allegedly stole it, which is very surprising.
Those who stole the money and pushed the people of Nigeria into abject poverty shall be caught someday, as we have already predicted. It is just a matter of time.
