A Syrian asylum seeker in Sweden was on Monday, September 25, 2017 sentenced to eight months in prison for posing for photos with dead bodies in his country (Syria). The man admitted posing for such photos while he was fighting for Syrian army in 2014 but denied wrongdoing, saying that he was only following orders. The man sought asylum in 2015 in Sweden and was arrested in 2017 after people sent the picture to the police.
