Desperation of “Nigerians love me syndrome” of Mr Atiku Abubakar (PDP Presidential candidate) is why he believes that the just concluded presidential election in the country (Nigeria) was rigged. We (Viewers Corner News team) have written in our previous article that there is no way Mr Atiku Abubakar can defeat president Buhari at the poll which is the truth. Nigerians are wiser now and can not be fooled anymore. Gone are those days when Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) of Nigeria would comfortably sit in their various meeting points with impunity, write election results and pass it on to the Nigerian public and no one would query them because every instrument to control the country (Nigeria) was in their care but now everything has changed. God has brought a great man (President Buhari) who would take Nigeria to the next level and majority of Nigerians both home and abroad are happy about that. Honestly there is nothing anyone can do to change that, it is God’s own doing. Another point is this; those Peace Committee led by ex-military head of state (Mr Abdulasami Abubakar) to talk to President Buhari on issues concerning Mr Atiku Abubakar’s grievances because he lost the presidential election should understand that the record speaks for itself. Nigerian voters rejected Mr Atiku Abubakar because of his past records, even the statement he made during his campaign speech was so damaging to him as a person. How can a presidential candidate say that he would sell NNPC if he becomes Nigeria’s president when he has not been elected to office taken into consideration the past activities of privatizing power supply in the country (Nigeria) which put Nigerians in darkness till today. About 16 billion dollar was allegedly spent on that project without Nigeria having power supply. It is also not a hidden thing that if Mr Atiku Abubakar was elected to lead Nigeria, his government would work for his friends only and not for all Nigerians, therefore those that went to see President Buhari over Mr Atiku Abubakar’s issue should please advise him (Mr Atiku Abubakar) to go to the court of law if he is so convinced that the election was rigged. Again Mr Atiku Abubakar has no right to give conditions or make demands on how elections in Nigeria would be conducted. Nigeria belongs to all Nigerians and not the property of Mr Atiku Abubakar. We (Viewers Corner News team) would also want to remind all those who said that Nigerian soldiers should not have been seen in most polling booths to understand that certain situation requires certain procedures in order to put things right which the federal government of Nigeria did. They (Soldiers) were only protecting the innocent people of Nigeria from being killed by thugs during the process of voting and ballot box snatchers who would want to disrupt the election process. Nigerian leaders need to learn more on issues of democratic rules, once this aspect is achieved, then candidates contesting for various positions across the country (Nigeria) have no reason to spend billions of dollars bribing delegates so that they can rig them into power. Let your integrity, good works and how you intend to make Nigeria great be your priorities so that the people of your country (Nigeria) will not suffer economic hardship anymore.
